Customer Service Import (พนักงานนำเข้า)

Detail

Work pattern : Full Time

Number of receptions : 1 position

Location : Bangkok(Bueng Kum)

Salary (Baht) : Negotiable

Holiday : Saturday, Sunday

Working hours : 08:00 - 17:00

Responsible

  • Prepare and process all import documentation (e.g., licenses, certificates, invoices, Bills of Landing) accurately and completely.
  • Liaise with and submit documents to the Customs Department via its electronic system.
  • Track import status and manage the cargo clearance process to completion.
  • Coordinate closely with domestic and international Freight Forwarders and shipping agents, particularly those in Asia.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a seamless import process.
  • Verify and control the accuracy of purchase order and invoice data.
  • Manage and update the import database.

Qualification

Education Level : Bachelor's Degree

Experience(Yr) : 2 - 4

other : Require TOEIC

More qualification

  • 25 - 30 years.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics Management, International Business, or a related field.
  • Good command of English communication skills. (TOEIC score above 600 will be good advantage)
  • 1 - 2 years of experience in import operations.
  • Well-known and experience in import documentation, specifically for shipments from Asia. (China, India, ETC.)
  • Good understanding of Customs procedures and regulations.
  • Have a growth mindset, creativity, and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
